For our main publishing series, we accept submissions pretty much all year round and these are the guidelines:

Send us »»

• Prose: 3 (three) chapters with synopsis or 3 (three) short stories 
• Poetry: six sample poems
• Translation: sample chapter/poems and proposal

Don't send us »»

• your bio; a short publishing history is fine.
• a list of which famous writers you are related to.
• a book design and marketing plan; if you have those you don't need us.
  

For the Venture Award, which we support, submissions are generally between May and October, but the award is on a hiatus after rapid growth to expand its team. Look out for the call for submissions in late 2018.
